We want you to love your purchase from Nailclipper. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process.


📅 Return Window

You may return any product within 30 days of receiving your order.


✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Products that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@nailclipperstore.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send your item.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve the refund if the product meets the conditions.

  • Refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want to swap an item, please return the original and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or wrong).

  • If a return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping fee.


❗ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used personal care or grooming tools

  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by delivery
